Pooch and Lead was established by Dania and Stephen as an extension of their love for dogs. This collective passion was born out of being pet owners and spending a significant amount of time with dogs as children.
It was with a recognition of the inadequate quality and service level of available local dog carers and companies that initiated the creation of Pooch and Lead: a company which prides itself on its high standard of care and genuine love for dogs.

We have a team of fully trained, dedicated and professional staff who will care for your dog as if it were their own as we are dog-lovers with pets of our own, and with considerable professional and personal experience dealing with various breeds. We are committed to providing the highest level of service possible to our clients and their pets.
Pooch and Lead offers a dog sitting service whereby we select the best suited individual who has been carefully vetted and screened to sit in the comfort of your dog’s home, allowing your dog to feel secure in familiar surroundings without disrupting his/her daily routine. This has proved a popular service used by our regular clients on an on-going basis whether during a holiday away or an urgent engagement.
Pooch and Lead, as required, provides walkers to accompany your dog to either grooming appointments or to the vet as required, and then delivering your dog safely home.
We currently offer a home puppy visit and feeding service. We have seen many of our customers from the early weeks of development, in house training right through to joining our daily walks.

At Pooch and Lead we visit your home once or twice a day upon request to feed, exercise, groom and play with your cat(s), and change litter if needed.ents on an on-going basis whether during a holiday away or an urgent engagement.

You can recommend us to as many people as you like. For each new customer that you send us you will receive a £5 discount. Please ask your friend to mention your name when booking so you can both claim your reward. Your discount will be added to your next booking after that.
Notes on Pricing and Public Holidays.
Please note Bank Holidays are charged at time and a half, with the exception of Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years day which are charged at twice the normal rate.
Please note MasterCard and Visa credit card payments will incur a 3.75% surcharge. If you would like to pay by bank transfer using internet banking then please contact us for our account details.

— For the pet feeding services Pooch and Lead can only offer one visit to all clients on the 25th December (Christmas Day). All other days we can offer 2 visits.— When you are going to be away Pooch and Lead will meet you and your pet before your planned trip away and collect a set of house keys; we will go through your pet’s routine with you, and discuss any domestic duties required.
— Pooch and Lead charges a daily rate not a nightly rate and has a minimum booking period of two days. All bookings where the sitter stays or the pet boards, one night will be charged as two days.
— Your booking will not be confirmed until Pooch and Leads’ charges have been paid.
— Once your booking is confirmed, Pooch and Leads’ charges are non refundable.

All bookings are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Variation to these Terms and Conditions may be made from time to time and will be posted on our website.
Pooch and Lead will treat your personal information confidentially and will not pass on your details to any third parties other than the Dogwalker/Pet Sitters.
Information given by you in the initial registration form will be used for all subsequent bookings unless we are notified directly by you that there has been a change in your pet’s condition or requirements.
The responsibility for updating us on any changes in you or your pet’s details is on you and we cannot be held liable otherwise in any way.
Our charges are set out on our website and will be set out to you in full at the time of booking. You will be deemed to have accepted the charges of both Pooch and Lead and the Dogwalker/Pet Sitter immediately upon confirmation of your booking.
We require 24 hours notice of any cancelled appointments otherwise the full amount is due and payable to us. All prices shown are subject to change from time to time at Pooch and Lead’s sole discretion.
It is of critical importance that you provide complete and full information in relation to the needs and requirements of your pet. Pooch and Lead will rely upon the information you give at.
Dogwalkers/pet sitters are instructed by Pooch and Lead to leave your property as they found it. You are respectfully asked to note that they will not be subject to carrying out any additional cleaning or tidying up duties.
If the dogwalker/pet sitter does not consider that your property is of a reasonable standard of cleanliness or that the facilities available to them are inadequate, he or she may decline the booking at his/her sole discretion.
